Your tasks:
- Recording and editing processes in the merchandise management system
- Disposition and logistics of incoming and outgoing goods, also in the Far East area
- Import and export processing / preparation of import and export documents
- Complete order management
- Assistant activities
- Supporting the specialist departments with administrative tasks
- Organisational tasks for the Sales Team and CEO
- Head of the switchboard
- Monitoring of all incoming electronic order data and their processing
- Inbox/Outbox
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the commercial field
- Professional experience in the field of administration, organisation and logistics an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office, merchandise management systems
- Good command of English
- Communicative, service-oriented and friendly appearance
- Independent responsible work
- Organisational talent and technical understanding
