That's why we've set up an in-house service workshop to provide ongoing support. Our LEDCON service specialists are professionals in the field of display hardware and are very familiar with the controllers used to control the video walls. For every display, every module or every individual solution, we keep spare parts ready to meet all eventualities - at any time. Each customer also has its own contact person for projects. Training and instruction in the system of LED display technology is carried out on site by our experienced staff when the system is handed over. Our technical support will work with you to find a sustainable and rapid solution to any problems that may arise. Should a telephone consultation or assistance not suffice, we are able to intervene directly in your system via a remote diagnosis.
